Role Objective: Create, produce, and optimize written and audiovisual content —in both English and Spanish— to strengthen the brand's digital presence in the U.S. and Honduras across social media and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content development: Write culturally adapted copy, articles, scripts, and social media posts for U.S. and Honduran audiences.
2. Event coverage: Capture internal events (video, photo, audio) and produce quick-turnaround content.
3. Video production for social media: Coordinate the full production cycle (pre-production, filming, editing, post-production) for short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Reels, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
4. Article writing: Research, structure, and write blog posts, whitepapers, and press releases optimized for SEO.
Basic Requirements
1. 2–3 years of experience in advertising agencies or in-house marketing teams creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
2. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong writing skills in both languages.
3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
4. Ability to commute; personal transportation is a plus.
