Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in the electrical industry. This role involves providing administrative support, assisting with scheduling, project coordination, and document management. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with electrical terminology and processes, helping to streamline office tasks, ensure high organizational standards, and primarily respond to inquiries from potential clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the electrical team, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations and projects.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients, providing information about services, pricing, and project timelines.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for senior team members.
  • Maintain and organize electrical project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and work orders.
  • Prepare and manage reports related to electrical projects and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle client communications, providing updates on projects, scheduling site visits, and addressing client queries.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Familiarity with electrical terminology and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Operating system: Running Windows 10 or later, or an updated version of macOS.
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB
  • Internet speed: Minimum 25–50 Mbps.
