Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in the electrical industry. This role involves providing administrative support, assisting with scheduling, project coordination, and document management. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with electrical terminology and processes, helping to streamline office tasks, ensure high organizational standards, and primarily respond to inquiries from potential clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer‑uploaded photos, videos, and files to assess the scope of work and requirements.
  • Apply electrical knowledge to estimate labor time, materials needed, and produce accurate client quotes using Salesforce (CRM/quoting tools).
  • Call customers to clarify project details, gather additional measurements, and confirm quote information as needed.
  • Enter quotes into Salesforce, maintain accurate records, and convert approved quotes into work orders.
  • Schedule jobs, coordinate with contractors, and follow through to ensure job readiness.
  • Manage lead follow‑ups and respond to customer messages via text and email in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and internal systems.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma, preferably technical in electrical fields or related technical education.
  • Experience in customer service, client support, or call handling—preferably with outbound calls.
  • Basic electrical field knowledge sufficient to assess work scope and estimate materials/labor.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, quoting interfaces, or similar client database systems.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable speaking with clients over phone, text, and email.
  • Ability to follow processes, maintain accurate digital records, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), Salesforce file storage, and internal tools.
  • Operating system: Running Windows 10 or later, or an updated version of macOS.
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB
  • Internet speed Minimum 25–50 Mbps.
