Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Agent Support Specialist with experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, specializing in commercial lines. This role involves direct client interaction, providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with commercial insurance quotes, and helping them navigate the insurance process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing client inquiries, addressing their needs, and ensuring smooth communication between the clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients directly in drafting and finalizing commercial P&C insurance quotes, based on their needs and requests.
- Communicate directly with clients, explaining coverage options, pricing, and policy details in clear, client-friendly language.
- Provide guidance to clients throughout the insurance process, addressing questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring their needs are fully met with suitable insurance solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing and resolving client concerns related to their commercial policies.
- Track and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and other client service requests for commercial clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience throughout the lifecycle of their policy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, to ensure that all quotes and policies comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with expertise in drafting quotes, documentation processing, and claims management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of common insurance concepts and terminology, with proven ability to handle client data.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills to assist clients in the insurance process.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in sales is a plus, especially in a commercial insurance setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Project management tools: Experience with Asana, Trello, or similar tools is preferred.
- CRM or database management tools: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Operating system: Running Windows 10 or later, or an updated version of macOS.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
- Internet speed: Minimum 25–50 Mbps.
