Role Objective: Create, produce, and optimize written and audiovisual content —in both English and Spanish— to strengthen the brand's digital presence in the U.S. and Honduras across social media and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tell impactful stories
You will help connect with our audiences by writing copy, scripts, and posts specifically designed to resonate with both Honduran and U.S. audiences.
2. Be the eyes and ears of our internal culture
You will capture key moments during company events through photography, video, and audio to showcase the best of our essence and achievements.
3. Bring ideas to life through video
You will coordinate the creative process of social media videos — from concept to publishing — focusing on dynamic content for TikTok, Reels, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Create content that informs and strengthens positioning
You will research and write articles, blog posts, and internal communications or announcements, with an SEO-driven approach aimed at clearly and strategically delivering value, insights, and innovation.
Basic Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in marketing and social media content creation.
2. Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong writing skills in both languages.
3. Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
4. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to connect easily with people on social media.
