Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support business operations by managing administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills, as well as a proactive mindset to support cross-functional teams and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, handle email communication, and follow up on correspondence.
  • Track and manage operational workflows and task completion.
  • Support vendor coordination, procurement, and invoice processing.
  • Assist with project management and collaboration across departments.
  • Understand and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to help with strategic alignment and decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous and relevant experience in an administrative support role in insurance.
  • Expertise with insurance policies & documentation processing, and claims management.
  • Solid knowledge of common insurance concepts & terminology, and proven ability to handle customer data.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
  • Communication tools: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  • Project management tools: Asana, Trello, or similar (preferred)
  • CRM or database management tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
  • Running Windows 10 or later or an updated version of macOS
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB
  • Internet: 25–50 Mbps minimum speed
  • USB noise-canceling headset
