We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Prospecting Assistant to support U.S.-based business operations. This role is designed for someone who excels at both generating new opportunities and maintaining exceptional client relationships.


Role Objective

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation, Outreach & Support  


Lead Identification & Profiling 
 Identify potential leads at companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Strategic Prospecting 
 Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or other databases and directories to find and verify decision-makers.

Outreach & Lead Qualification 
 Execute initial outreach to prospects via email and phone. Manage follow-up sequences and qualify leads to ensure they are a fit for the business.

Campaign Support 
 Actively support outbound marketing and sales campaigns to drive engagement.

CRM & List Management 
 Manage and organize prospect lists, ensuring all CRM information is recorded and kept up-to-date with 100% accuracy.

Reporting & Results 
 Track activity metrics and provide regular reports on outreach results, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Client Communication & Service 
 Provide high-level customer support, resolve inquiries, and maintain professional follow-ups to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Essential Requirements: Sales Drive & Remote Readiness


Experience & Education
 Minimum 2+ years of experience in prospect qualification and lead generation (Mandatory)
 Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or CRM use.
 Studies in business, marketing, sales, or related fields (preferred).

Advanced English Proficiency
  Strong written and verbal communication skills, C1 or C2 level.

Technical Proficiency
 Expert use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
 Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar).
 Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.

​​Analytical & Organizational Skills
 Persistence, positive attitude, and goal orientation.
 Strong organization skills and high attention to detail for lead management.

Remote Work Requirements
 Proper remote work setup free from interruptions and excessive noise.
 Internet speed: 25 to 50 Mbps minimum.
 Personal computer: Minimum 8 GB RAM; OS: Windows 10 or later / updated macOS.
 USB noise-canceling headset.
