Job Description: A recruitment assistant is key to attracting top talent to the organization and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Main Responsibilities

1. Receive requests for virtual assistant profiles from the operations team

2. Assist in posting job openings on various online platforms, job boards, and social media

3. Perform resume screening and initial virtual interviews

4. Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments

5. Validate candidates English proficiency

6. Conduct reference checks and collect candidate documentation

7. Prepare candidates for final interviews with clients

8. Follow up through to formal hiring, including availability confirmation, work setup, and onboarding support

9. Keep the recruitment system (Odoo) updated with the status of each process

10. Provide post-hiring support during the virtual assistant’s initial days if needed


Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in remote, administrative, or outsourcing/BPO positions (preferably in Latin American countries)

2. Studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

3. Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Computrabajo, Odoo, or other ATS

4. Proficiency in virtual interview tools: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams

5. Knowledge in psychometric assessment, administration, and basic result analysis

6. Experience with CRMs or candidate tracking tools

7. Advanced English (C1-C2), spoken and written
