Role Objective: Provide efficient and proactive remote administrative support, ensuring proper management of schedules, documents, communications, and operational coordination. This role aims to facilitate the team’s work and improve productivity by handling key tasks such as organizing meetings, writing communications, preparing reports, and addressing internal and external requests.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars and schedules (Google Calendar, Outlook)
2. Coordinate meetings and calls (Zoom, Teams, Meet)
3. Organize digital files and documents (Google Drive, Dropbox)
4. Draft and manage emails
5. Prepare reports and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
6. Support with billing, payment tracking, or basic expense control
7. Transcribe meetings and prepare minutes
8. Attend to internal and external requests (clients/suppliers)
Essential Requirements:
1. Proficient written and spoken English (including strong grammar), C1 or C2 level
2. Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
3. Strong organizational, time management, proactive, and detail-oriented skills
4. Excellent writing and communication skills
5. Previous experience in administrative roles or as a Virtual Assistant
6. Proper remote work setup free from interruptions and excessive noise
7. Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM, OS: Windows 10 or later / updated macOS
8. Internet speed of 25 to 50 Mbps minimum
