General Objective: Design, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on high-traffic platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to generate conversions, leads, or sales efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Plan and execute paid traffic campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.

2. Accurately segment audiences and tailor messages per channel.

3. Set up and monitor conversion events (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

4. Optimize campaigns in real time based on KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more.

5. Generate monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.

6. Coordinate with design and content teams to develop effective ads.

7. Propose improvements to the digital strategy based on data analysis.

Basic Requirements

1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience running multichannel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

2. Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus).

3. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related areas


Key Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads.

2. Experience with conversion and tracking setups (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4).

3. Campaign optimization based on performance KPIs.

4. Data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

5. Strong visual judgment and ability to evaluate creative assets.
