Job Description
A Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and creating new sales leads through research, outreach, and qualification. They conduct research to identify potential clients, engage with them via various communication channels, and assess whether they align with the company’s products or services. Once leads are identified, the lead generator maintains an organized database, nurtures relationships, and ensures smooth handoffs to the sales team once leads are qualified.
The position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to analyze and qualify leads effectively. Lead generators must track their efforts and continually refine their approach to generate high-quality leads.

About the job:
- Remote
- Monday to Friday.
- 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Time zone (GMT-6).
- Base Salary of $500 per month plus result-based commissions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold sales, or client management in call centers (minimum 2 years).

- Ability to handle objections and build trust with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Organization and ability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments
