Role Objective: Provide strategic support to the sales team by identifying, qualifying, and following up with potential clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to sales executives. The goal is to keep the CRM updated, manage prospect engagement, and generate activity reports, contributing to sustained pipeline growth and a more efficient sales process.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential leads at companies that match the ideal customer profile
2. Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, databases, directories, or prospecting platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.)
3. Manage prospect lists (record and keep CRM information updated)
4. Initial outreach to prospects (send emails, follow-up, and lead qualification)
5. Support outbound campaigns
6. Report on results
Essential Requirements:
1. Proficient written and spoken English (including strong grammar), C1 or C2 level
2. Excellent verbal and written communication
3. Studies in business, marketing, sales, or related fields (preferred)
4. Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or CRM use
5. Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Google Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
6. Persistence, positive attitude, and goal orientation
7. Proper remote work setup free from interruptions and excessive noise
8. Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM, OS: Windows 10 or later / updated macOS
9. Internet speed of 25 to 50 Mbps minimum
