Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition engine:

Sourcing & Advertising
 Assist with job posting and advertising across various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

Candidate Screening
 Source and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified talent; conduct initial phone screens to assess fit.

Interview Coordination
 Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with all parties.

Logistics Management
 Prepare interview materials, candidate assessments, and manage video conference setups.

Candidate Experience
 Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the process.

Data Integrity
 Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking all progress and status changes.

Compliance
 Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings in accordance with company policies.



Essential Requirements: Who you are

Proven Experience
 Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is required.

Organizational Mastery
 Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.

Communication Skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency
 Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and
experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
